Looking to live with another female in 2 bdrm apt

Currently, my fiance and I are living in an apartment - we are renting the second furnished room in our apartment.

The apartment is a 7-minute walk to the M/R Steinway Street line. Laundry is one block away, and parking is available on the local streets. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, a movie theater, shops, and is only 3-4 stops / approximately 12 minutes away from Midtown (depending on what train line).

The room is fully furnished, 8x11, with an air conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, etc.. which you’re welcome to use. Lastly, the bathroom, kitchen, and living room areas are shared.

Looking to live with a female roommate (no couples) who is a professional or student, is friendly, clean, responsible, and easy to get along with, and keeps the party outside the apartment. Occasional house guests for a few hours is okay, but not often. I also ask that when you have a guest visiting, you shoot me a quick text to let me know you are having company, and I will do the same.

The apartment is stocked with pots, pans, plates...which you are welcome to use.
