One bedroom to fill in Astoria

I am looking for a responsible, kind roommate to fill the extra room in my new apartment in Astoria! I’m moving in on April 15th, so that’s why I don’t have any lived-in photos.

This is a small complex with families, so if you’re looking for a space to host more than a couple people at a time, this may not be for you! My work schedule is a bit inconsistent and at times physically demanding, so I see my home as a place to recharge and prep for the next day. But I love being friendly with whoever I live with and finding small things we like to do together!

-Walking distance to both the NW and MR lines
-Move in date is flexible: April 15th or May 1st
-Rent is $1350 per month and includes all utilities except wifi
-Female between ages 23-30 preferred!
-Steady income required, guarantor suggested (you will have to be approved by the landlords.)
