The apartment is a 3 bed/2 bath in Long Island City. Looking for roommates to sign the lease starting Dec. 1st with the option to renew available at the end of the year. The rooms are both 10'x8' not including the closet and have a built in heating and cooling system, access to in unit Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, and fully furnished living room. Utilities range from ~$100-200 a month

Apartment is less than a minute walk from the Vernon-Jackson 7 stop (1 stop from Manhattan) and walking distance to the G and the E. Close to Trader Joe's and dining options while still being a quiet location. Rooftop access with views of the Empire State Building and Manhattan. Short walk to the waterfront.

About Me:
Me (32 y/o M): Works in FiDi 2 days a week and from home 3 days a week. I have a cat that lives in the apartment as well.
My previous roommates are moving out and I love the apartment, looking for others to join the lease.
