I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in Long Island City starting June 15 with some flexibility for anytime in July or early August and with the option to renew for Oct 15 lease. We'll prorate the rent based on when your move-in date is.

About Room:
- Master bedroom with private bathroom (bathtub!) and 2 very large closets. Can fit a queen size or king size bed with ample space for a large desk, bookshelves, nightstand, etc. This is like having your own studio!
- Windows from floor-to-ceiling with view of the Manhattan skyline
- $3000/mo (gas and water included, but electricity and internet are additional costs)

About Apartment:
- Penthouse unit with private balcony in luxury building with 24-hr doorman
- Living room also has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the Manhattan skyline
- In-unit washer/dryer!

About Roommate:
- Mid-20s female
- Strategy Consultant at Accenture and works mostly from home
- Graduated from LSE

- If you identify as female, make 40x rent, prefer your own bathroom, a ton of space and natural sunlight, then this is the room for you! I definitely recommend this room if you need a lot of personal space and like a lot of natural sunlight for your well-being.
