This is a two-bedroom apartment with one 8x12 room available. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes you are welcome to use anytime or use your own. Lastly, the bathroom, living room, and kitchen are shared. The apt is 3 blocks from the Steinway stop on the M/R line: it's an easy 15-minute train ride to midtown.

I am looking to live with a female roommate (no couples) who is professional and/or student who is friendly, clean respectable, easy to get along with, and keeps the party outside the apartment. Occasional house guests for a few hours are okay but not often and very limited sleepovers. I also ask that you shoot me a quick text letting me know you are having company & I will do the same when you do have a guest visiting.
