This spacious bedroom (10 x 13 ft) is a short second floor walk up in a 4 story building. The room has a large 2-door closet (84 x 77 x 27 in) with an additional storage compartment above. It also has 3 street facing windows that provide amazing natural light all day. The layout and wall thickness provide great soundproofing so you’ll be able to feel some privacy even with two roommates. The apartment has a big living room, huge kitchen with natural lighting and a pretty big bathroom. It’s also a convenient 5 min walk to 7/N/W. Another few minutes away is E/M/R/F.

Your roommate will be a fitness professional in her 30s. She’s very nice and easy to get along with. She is looking for a female professional who is also clean and responsible.

The third roommate is TBD because one girl’s lease is ending and she is looking to move in with her friend.

This apartment is a gem for its location and price. The only reason I’m looking for a replacement is because I need to relocate for a new job.
