The room has its own bathroom, a south facing view of the East river, and is furnished (may consider unfurnished based on timing).

Too move-in: No credit check needed, just 1st month rent plus 1moth security deposit. Rent amount depends on commitment: Min 3-month commitment ($1800), ideally 6-month ($1700) and preference will be given to 1-year commitments ($1600).
