Cozy Bedroom in 4-Bedroom Private Home

Background:
My roommates and I are looking for a long term roommate to fill the open room in our house. The bedroom is located on the first floor in a 4-bedroom single family home. This is not an apartment building but a single family home that we rent. The home has 4-bedrooms in total. Two on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The home also has two full bathrooms. The home is situated very close to the border of LIC/Sunnyside. Though we live in LIC the majority of shops, restaurants, and transit are in Sunnyside (this includes public transit). The room is for rent because one of our current roommates is moving to Florida.

About the House/Amenities:
It's a single family 4-bedroom home.
The home includes a DECK, a huge BACKYARD and a DRIVEWAY. (can fit most cars) [note: that the driveway is shared and that two of the current roommates own vehicles]
Dishwasher
Washer & Dryer (was damaged last year; being replaced in June)
Microwave

About Us:
Three working professionals in their early 30's. Two are educators and the other works in finance.

Looking For:
Open to anyone who we feel would be a great fit. We care that you can pay rent/bills on time and provide proof of income.

Transit:
The 7 train is the closest train to the home. We live an equal distance from the 33st and 40st-Lowery stops along the Subway line. (I personally get off on the 40st stop as it has shops, stores, banks, restaurants, etc.). The home is located about 8 minutes from the train and it's about a 15-20 minute ride into the city.

We live along the B24 bus route. The bus route is extremely close to the home and makes for easy commuting to Greenpoint, Williamsburg, and other parts of Brooklyn.

Easy commute to other parts of Long Island City, Astoria, Midtown, and Brooklyn via short taxi rides.

Bedroom:
The room comes semi furnished with a full size bed, a nightstand and a lamp. The room measure roughly 8.5'x10'. If the occupant wants the room unfurnished that can also work.

Shared Utilities:
Internet (Verizon FiOS) -- about $30/month
Electricity (Con Edison) -- varies (summertime is more expensive than winter but price ranges from $75-$125/pp)
Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels -- usually $25/month (varies and are bought as needed)
Cleaner: ($50) We have a cleaner that comes 2x a month to clean common areas (bathrooms & kitchen)
