Large Room in Sunny Loft Apt in LIC

I am looking for a roommate that can take over one room in the apartment until the lease is up end of March 2021.

This would start August 1st and would have the occupy the one of the two rooms available in the apartment.
*Your own entrance
*Your own bedroom (Fits up to a queen size)
*Shared Shower, Kitchen Dining and Living Space
*Your own closet 1 of 2 (there are two in the living room)

I will have:
*Own entrance
*My own bedroom
*Your own closet 1 of 2 (there are two in the living room)

We can come to a mutual agreement on furniture if you have some living and desks/dining room table I can move mine to storage or we keep what is there.

You would have 75% of the apartment to yourselves and I would inhabit a few times a month the back room. I am transitioning to come back to Pennsylvania and will slowly need to phase out living there.

I really love my apt and don't want to lose it but I will not be in NYC as much as I wanted and would love to have some help with the rent and also someone using the the place..

There is:
HVAC
Internet/TV
New W/D
There are two bathrooms but one shower which we would share, both vanities are brand new

I have built in the costs of utilities into the rent so you will only have to pay the flat fee for the whole place.

It is also a great place for couples to stay in and very open to this idea. If you have this as an option we can negotiate the room and rent.
The apt is two blocks from the 7 train and one stop into the city-very easy commute to midtown if you are working there.
We are also two blocks from the waterfront which has recently been renovated with a children's park, basketball courts and dog parks.

It is a large space and really sunny (1200 sq ft +/-).
