It's a 2-3 min walk to various transport links (N, W, R, 7, E, M) and is a 17min subway ride to Grand Central.

We are moving back to London at the end of June and are looking for someone to take over our contract for 1 month (with the option of extending thereafter if you wish). A deposit will be required if you choose to extend the lease, this is information is available on request.

We have absolutely LOVED living at The Delmar, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, we will definitely miss this space when we move!
