This apartment is in the ALTA Luxury LIC Building located in Long Island City, New York. On the 14th floor, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, features a brand new kitchen with up to date appliances, bathroom with one shower/bath. The entire apartment is furnished. In the one bedroom that is available, is a murphy bed (couch that converts into bed which is extremely comfortable, fold up table, smart TV with cable, ample closet and drawer space in the room. The room has an air condition unit and is also cleaned regularly by the Alta LIC staff every Thursday. The bathroom includes shampoo, soap and conditioner that is refilled every Thursday. Included in the monthly rent is a state of the art gym, yoga studio, golf simulator and pool on the 4th floor, beautiful rooftop with a view of the Manhattan skyline, and access to another rooftop (36th floor) + lounge access on the 2nd floor. Alta also offers exclusive events to all tenants on a monthly basis. The current tenant right now is in his late 20s, and does not have any pets (although the building is pet friendly). All services are included into the monthly rent, the only additional fee on a month to month basis is an electric bill. The most we have had to spend is $50 per month. The apartment is located right above the Queens Plaza subway station which has the E, M and R trains. The Queensboro Plaza station is just a block away with access to the 7 train.
