Avalon Riverview- Luxury apt. next to East River
Hi,
My roommate and I are looking to renew our lease in Avalon Riverview South building for another year.
I've enjoyed my stay here for the past one year and have no heart to move out, this place. Guess living in a luxury building in NYC with a big living room and closets has spoiled me haha.
A bit about the building:
This building has a huge lounge, a 24/7 gym, rooftop pool, rooftop bbq grill, 24/7 doorman, 24/7 automated package delivery services, parking garage ( i have a car myself). It's right next to the water (we are literally the first apartment off the water). Check out the location on google maps link below. The apartment is 2 minutes away from 7 train at Vernon-Jackson, which is one stop away from Grand Central. My current roommate gets to work in midtown in 10 minutes.
A bit about the apartment:
The apartment is a 3b3b. Currently, we have 2 guys and 2 girls here (1 girl is in a flex room which is as big as the normal rooms because the living room was huuge). My roommates are moving out for their personal reasons and I just love this place and have decided to stay here. I am currently in the master bedroom. Another guy is staying the bedroom with no private bath (he sacrificed that for a big a bigger closet space). That leave the bedroom with a private bath (and closet) and the flex room. A bit about us:
Both of us are UF graduates (Go Gators!). I work in Fashion sector and he works in Finance/Banking. I love to read, travel, go to the cinemas, theater, and anything nature, i'm down. As far as I've seen, he just spends time at the gym and chills with friends and enjoys movies and going out occasionally. During the week, we are busy individuals and spend most of our time at work or gym.
A bit about you:
Just No Smoking..... And be respectful of the common spaces and we'll be fine. We don't really care about your age, gender, sexual orientation... It's 2019.. Grow up already...
The lease:
We are looking for someone to sign a lease with us for one whole year. The ideal move-in date would be May 9, 2019. This is kind of a last minute decision for us since we decided to stay and just hoping NYC has some fine people who are looking at the same time frame as it is every year.
