Great location! Gantry Plaza Park is across the street with great views of Manhattan. We love the building and the staff as well as the unit itself. The amenities are great and the rooftop deck and pool are both awesome as well, but need to move out of the city.
The unit itself gets great natural lighting and has washer/dryer, disposal, dishwasher in unit. The apartment will be partially furnished or unfurnished (willing to discuss), but would be available for renewal at the end of the lease. It is located across the street from Gantry Plaza Park and the water with great views of Manhattan.
It is a quick and convenient walk to the subway and one stop form Grand Central.
