We're looking for someone to fill a bedroom in a 3 BR/3 bathroom apt in Long Island City. The apartment is one stop outside of Manhattan, a 2 min walk to the Queensboro Plaza station, a 4 min walk to Queensbridge and Queens Plaza stations, and a 10 min walk to the G train to Brooklyn. The bedroom is medium sized with a full closet. The living room is enormous and it has a real kitchen facing the living room and the city skyline.

The apartment comes equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide wonderful unobstructed views of Manhattan. The building has a fitness center, outdoor pool, a lounge on the top floor w/ pool table and balcony, and a few other common spaces. Photos were taken using a cell phone, and include floor plan (this ad is for bedroom #2), location of the apartment (sun), images of the bedroom, full bathroom, living room, kitchen, view from living room and bedroom, top floor lounge and lobby.

The roommates are clean, friendly, respectful, considerate, quiet, and looking for someone who consider themselves these things as well. We?re 1 male and 1 female in our mid 30s working in technology in Manhattan.

We have one very sweet small dogs (20lb), friendly, and lovable, doesn't bark, has very minimum shedding and is hypoallergenic. Everyone loves her. Applicants must be pet friendly because of her.

We are happy to having a roommate of any gender/sexual orientation. The rent is $1500 and includes heat and hot water.

This room is for a full new 12 month lease, but we're open to talking about shorter rentals.

We share utilities across all 3 of us equally - internet (fios 1Gbps) & electricity. It runs to about $100 per person, per month.

Current roommate has lived here for over 2 years, and can be reached to get background on the apartment and other roommates. He's moving because he and his girlfriend are going to live together.
