Bedroom with private room available in our spacious luxury 3BR 2.5 bath apartment in LIC!

Our apartment is amazing, one stop outside of Manhattan, a 2 min walk to the Queensboro Plaza station, a 4 min walk to Queensbridge and Queens Plaza stations, and a 10 min walk to the G train to Brooklyn. The bedrooms are large sized with full closets and EACH has its private bathroom (!), which is a hard to find at this price, area, and package. The living room is enormous and it has a real kitchen facing the living room and the city skyline.

Some facts about our great space:

1. NOT flex or an adapted floor plan, there is plenty space for entertaining and a full living room, dining room, and kitchen! (check the pictures)

2. See the floorplan, bedrooms 2 or 3 are available, take your pick. Normally bedroom 2 has bathroom in the middle, and bedroom 3 has bathroom by the entrance. Picture with yellow/green carpet is bedroom 3. See video also video for more details.

About me (current tenant):
Engineer working in Manhattan (hybrid). Personally I'm easy going, friendly, good sense of humor, clean/organized, quiet, respectful, and a very experienced roommate. My favorite things to do are being outdoors, go around the city, going to restaurants with friends. At home playing video games, watching movies, and 3D design. I have one very sweet dog (20lb), well trained, friendly, very little shedding, clean, doesn't bark at all, and stays mostly in my room sleeping. Everyone loves her, and she loves them back.

About you:
Looking for roommates that are clean especially with our common space, friendly, and respectful.

Happy to have a roommate of any gender/sexual orientation. The rent is $2200 if you opt for the slightly larger room + bathroom, and $2100 if you opt for the slightly smaller room + bathroom.

About the lease:
Apt is for a full new 12 month lease only, building requires good credit score + employment for the application. Move-in date Nov/1st.
