Our Long Island City apartment is a quick walk from numerous trains (F, 7, N, W, E, R) and then just a 10 minute subway ride to Grand Central. This location is IDEAL for anyone who works in Manhattan- especially midtown! We have absolutely loved living in LIC- we are a short walk to many new bars, coffee shops, and restaurants that have opened up in recent years due to the neighborhood?s huge growth. It?s also a quick commute to some of the coolest, most diverse neighborhoods in Queens (Astoria has awesome Eastern European cuisine, Flushing has a huge variety of great Asian restaurants, Jackson Heights is perfect for both Latin and Indian foods, etc).

As for the apartment itself, we?ve designed everything to make sure it feels like home! It?s a brand new apartment in a very safe and secure building. Every room is furnished (including the bedroom!) so it is move-in ready for when you arrive!

The kitchen is stocked full of cookware and essentials so you will have access to everything you need for a great home cooked meal. There is also plenty of cabinet space and the fridge is also spacious and brand new.

The living room includes a nice futon that comes in handy when guests come over to visit the city! We also have a great balcony where you can see some of the Manhattan skyscrapers. One of our favorite aspects of this apartment is the amount of natural light- we have floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms!

The bedroom is spacious with views of the Manhattan skyline! AND your rent will include ownership of all of the furniture!

We also have washers and dryers conveniently located in the basement of the building so it?s just a quick elevator ride down. The apartment does also include a nice and secure way to allow guests into the building (including a camera) and the lobby has camera monitors 24/7.

We are asking $1,600 for rent and ask that you provide us with the first month?s rent and security deposit ($1,600)before moving in. WiFi and electricity will be charged monthly (WiFi is $35 per month and utilities are typically $40-60). Once you sign the sublease, the bedroom furniture will be yours to keep as well.
