The room is about 8x12, it features hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, radiant heating & central air. Bathroom is not connected to the room but it's right next door and would be your private bathroom. This is NOT a flex apartment. I am currently living with my boyfriend and rarely spend time at the apartment. I use my room to store my belongings while we look for a house upstate, therefore you will have the apartment to yourself. This would be a month to month arrangement. Amenities include Doorman and virtual doorman, package room, dishwasher, Laundry in building, community room, Elevator.
