ALL utilities/premium cable-Internet/IN-HOUSE LAUNDRY. No additional fees. Of course, your personal food will be your responsibility.

We are a GAY MALE couple, together for many years, looking for a gay housemate. Typically, we live well with gay GUYS (aged 35-50). We are an atypical longtime couple who are generally quiet, yet social- hit the city, Astoria, F. I. and Jackson Heights for happy hour and weekend eves.

Non-smoking household. Professionals and all around good guys. Our 3rd housemate is, Xphyr. She's an adorable small rescue, mixed breed- friendly and quiet.

This is a very safe, stable GAY MALE home (apartment is entire 2nd/top floor of home and has a total of 8 rooms) with a great private access backyard [yes, in LIC] filled with vegetables and flowers, BBQ and a large yurt, etc...

Our private basement has storage space with WASHER/DRYER for our apartment's use only. 1st Floor long-term tenants are a friendly family and, a young professional. Do not have access to our living spaces.

Your partially furnished 12' x 15' private bedroom (Excellent Queen-sized memory foam hybrid bed OR similar Twin sized bed) has a good-sized closet, 2 windows, ceiling fan and your own AIR CONDITIONER (Entire apt is air conditioned, as well.) Comes complete with a 55" CURVED FLAT SCREEN 4K UHD TV with premium cable/streaming. WiFi.

There is a room between your room and the living area- so plenty of privacy.

Large kitchen with tons of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, cooking condiments, etc. Not a good fit for powerful cultural cooking odors. Shared CLEAN recently updated bathroom. Clean household.
