Large bedroom

Large bedroom with 2 closets. Everyone takes turns cleaning the bathroom. All bedrooms are on second floor including the shared bathroom. Kitchen and dining area are shared, located on first floor. Living room is off limits. No pets, no smokers, no couples. Street parking available. No Laundry in unit. Near 227th street and 130th Ave in Laurelton. 10-15 mins car ride to JFK. Public transportation, Q5 bus is about a 10-12 min walk. Q77 is also about at 10-12 min walk. Laurelton LIRR is about a 5 min drive. Please be neat and clean. Clean your dishes after cooking and put plates away. Shared Fridge. No late cooking, after 10 pm. I don’t have a cat now, but possibly will get one soon. so if you are allergic it won’t be a good
Room is furnished.
Queen size bed, TV but it is not a smart TV, dresser.

1st roommate is my cousin but I barely see her due to work. On her days off, we do hang out in the living room.
2nd roommate works the night shift.
I’m the 3rd roommate and the owner, I speak Spanish as well.
I am a very chill landlord, just ask for you to be clean and neat.
I am always home, so I’ll prolly be the first and last person you see, since I’m always in my living room.

Asking for first month, and deposit of also $ 1200 To move in is $2500. If you are not happy, you can leave but I just need a 30 day notice.

Also, if you work in the city, it won’t be a good fit.
It is too far. This is best for someone that works near JFK or Valley Stream, Long Island.

I personally drive to LIRR (Laurelton) stop, which is a 4-5 min drive and takes me to Grand Central in 30 mins. I believe it’s just about the same to Penn Station.

If you don’t drive, it can get expensive to take Uber every day.
Regular bus to the city is about 90 mins. So I wouldn’t want to do that to anyone.
