Small room

This is a room that I would consider an addition to the property. In the summer it’s extra hot (AC helps tho), in winter it’s extra cold - heat helps too but I am just being honest. Update, Dec 2025, I have insulated the walls and added new dry wall. So it is warmer but still chilly compared to the rest of the house. This room has multiple windows as well. Personal entry through the back yard. You will be able to use a half shared bathroom, sink and toilet. No shower available. No living room or kitchen availability. This is best for someone that just needs to get home and sleep. If you really want to use a shared bathroom to shower, it would be an extra $100, so $850. total. Also. My next door neighbor has a dog that can bark for hours and it can be annoying.

About 10-15 min walk to public bus.
From there, it’s about a 20 min bus ride to E train.
5 min drive to Laurelton LIRR stop.
Once in LIRR, it takes about 35-40 mins to Grand Central or Penn station.
If you work in midtown the commute would easily be an hour and 30 mins, when taking regular public transportation.
There’s also an express bus that goes to midtown, that can still be a long ride.

To move in: I would need first, last, and security deposit. So 750 X 3 to move in. $ 850 x 3 if you want to use the shower.

You can leave if you are not happy, just need a 30 day notice.

FYI: half bathroom is next to the small, on first floor.

Full bathroom is in the 2nd floor.
