currently looking for a roommate to keep company! Prefer to have a STUDENT around my age with me, but I am not too picky! The apartment complex is very family oriented and accessible. The room itself is on the first floor, just right next to the elevator. My family whos renting me the room, initially used for storage, are very kind people, covering the Wifi and utilities so there are no bills to pay as they are included in the rent! It would be split $900 between the two of us, but I am always free to cover extra costs!

The room comes furnished with a TV, 3 desks, 2 beds, 1 bathroom, and a printer and monitor setup! Kitchen has a gas stove, microwave comes attached, and there is a dishwasher and tap. Pets and guests are also allowed!

Q80 bus stop to the E and F train is just a block away, and the J and Z train station is an 8 minute walk.
