Im looking for a calm, respectful roommate who enjoys a peaceful home and generally keeps to themselves.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who does not work from home and who is comfortable living with dogs, as I have two 🐕 🐕

My dogs are very much my family, but they will never be your responsibility. I have sitters who come by to take them out and help care for them when I’m not home.

As for me, I’m very chill, clean, respectful, and easygoing.

I really value peace and having a comfortable home environment.

I’m also social and love animals, so I’m happy to chat and get to know my roommate, but I also appreciate having our own space.

You’ll have your own bedroom and a bathroom that is primarily yours to use and make your own.
I have my own bathroom, so I rarely use the other one, but I may occasionally need to use it if necessary.

Rent is $1,400/month + monthly utilities/expenses.
