Looking for a female roomate to share my apartment

Hey everyone!
Looking for a roomate, Female only, to share my apartment with.
Room is spacious and you have your own bathroom.

You will be sharing all other areas with me and my dog. You have to be comfortable with dogs, even better if you love them :)
My dog is fully trained, no accidents or messes in the house. I like to keep my apartment neat and clean.

There’s a laundry room in the building.

We are on the top floor so no noises coming from above.

I live in a beautiful neighborhood, safe, easy access to all types of transportation; 7 min walk to LIRR, 10 min walk to many subway lines.

I’m very involved with my community, love helping others and I also have a lot of friends and neighbors who I love.

I’m looking to share my apartment with someone that ACTUALLY understands what that means: respecting each other boundaries, routines, and giving heads up when someone is over, spending the night, etc.

My non negotiables are:

-Definitely no smoking in the house.
-someone who’s planning to have their partner or a friend over every single day.
- someone who’s not comfortable with dogs. My dog has free range (except your room of course) and I want to make sure u are ok with that.
