Good access to transportation: Walk to E&F subways and Express buses to Manhattan; Long Island Railroad station around the corner; Q10 bus to JFK, shuttles for airline personnel up the block. All shops and conveniences + a Cinema around the corner. 10 minute walk to Forest Park. Looking for quiet person, with steady finances: Proof of income, good credit, bank statement, or other assurances. If you are busy and need a place to lay your head, this is good. If you are big on cooking food here, this is not for you.
