A private room is available in a well-maintained elevator building located 5 blocks from the E and F trains and 3 blocks from the LIRR, with an approximately 16-minute commute to Penn Station. The building has on-site laundry. Street parking only.

The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with a large living room and dining area, plus a dishwasher.

About the bedroom

The bedroom is cozy/smaller in size and is conveniently located next to one of the bathrooms, which functions almost like a semi-private bathroom. The other two roommates primarily use the second bathroom, so this one is rarely shared.

The room includes a private closet with shelving. In addition, the apartment has multiple hallway closets, and one additional shared-area closet will be reserved exclusively for your storage.

About your roommates

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two professionals (mid-20s to 40s). We’re easygoing, respectful, and open-minded. The apartment is LGBTQ-friendly. Overnight guests are fine as long as everyone is respectful of shared spaces.
