This is a co-op building in Kew Gardens in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with beautiful tree-line streets. Ten minutes walk to the Forest Park, Kew Gardens movie theater a few blocks away (plays Indies), restaurants, grocery stores and all types of convenience stores. Bicycle-friendly. Five minute to LIRR, Kew Garden station, which takes you to Manhattan/Penn Station in just 16 minutes, 5-10 minute walk to the E/F trains at the Kew Gardens-Union Turnpike station (or take the Q10 bus to the station). Multiple major highways surround the neighborhood and 5-6 miles from JFK or LaGuardia airports. Also, easy commute to St. Johns University and CUNY.
