Roommate Should be respectful and can communicate well with others if and when needed. Everyone has their own schedule and you would rarely see anyone around.

Roommate should understand we live in a small community where we are responsible for our individual selves and yet are able to help out each other easily if needed to run errands while out, take trash out, bring mail inside, sign a package from delivery. The little things make a big difference when living alone but have roommates.

St. John?s university is located in a 15 min walk in the neighborhood area. A working professional a grad or post grad student works best.

Room is ideal for Someone who has no time to setup a home but to walk into a home which is already setup. All they need are their clothing and personal toiletries only: professional, student, working, medical school student, traveling consultants, traveling nurses, healthcare professionals, engineers, flight attendants, flight captains, service and hospitality industry, etc.

Commute to city will be 40 min in the morning. Long Island, the lirr is nearby, can catch the bus to lirr, ten min bus ride.
Airtain to JFK is one mile, a ten min bus ride.
