Private Room with En-Suite Bathroom

Private unfurnished room with its own en-suite bathroom available in Jamaica, Queens.

We are a family of five — my wife, our three daughters, and myself — and we are looking for one clean, respectful, and responsible person who would feel comfortable living in a family home.

The apartment is clean and located in a quiet residential area. Utilities, including electricity, gas, heat, and Wi-Fi, are included in the monthly rent. Laundry is available in the basement.

The location is very convenient, approximately a 4-minute walk to public transportation, with easy access to the AirTrain to JFK Airport. There are also delis, stores, and other essentials nearby.

The room is unfurnished, has a closet, and includes a modern private bathroom located directly inside the bedroom.

We keep a clean and respectful home and ask that shared areas are left clean after use.
Proof of income is preferred. First month’s rent and one month security deposit are required.
