This apartment is inside a house with an updated kitchen and bathroom, heat, AC as well as a small living room. There is plenty of street parking. It is located 3 blocks from the F train and St Johns University and in a safe neighborhood. Utilities is included in the monthly rent of $950. This space has been converted into a 2 bedroom apartment where we each will have our own entrances at the top of the stairs.

A small, furnished (bed, mattress, shelving can be removed if you want) room with a closet is available for $950.

Your roommate (who you will share a bathroom and kitchen with) is a 34-year old woman with 2 cats. She is usually out working most of the day.

I am looking for someone who is comfortable around pets as I live next door with my cat and I petsit (mostly dogs) and they'll have access to the large shared entrance area. I am looking for someone who is responsible, quiet, respectful, pays rent on time, and cleans. There is absolutely no smoking, no drugs, no partying, loud music, or overnight male guests allowed. Month to month lease, looking for female working professionals or students with a steady source of income or guarantors. Background/credit check/proof of income will be needed! The first month's rent and security deposit will be needed to move in.
