Blue tooth speakers are also built into the living room. There’s a coat closet when you first walk in that’s a decent size. Parking is available on the street or in a private gated parking lot for additional $230/month. Elevator in building. It comes unfurnished. Decorate your room and bathroom how you want!

There are tons of amenities here like a gym, cinema, party room, arcade room, library, study area, and rooftop over looking queens and Manhattan.

4 min walk from the F train, 6 min walk from the E train, 8 min walk from the J train, and nearby several busses.

There’s a shopping center that’s about a 10 min walk away with a target, Burlington, shake shack, Panda Express, Chipotle, H&M, and more.

There’s a large park accross the street and groceries/ food and shops a block away.

Rent is $3400 so $1700 each.
Utilities: tenants pay for electric and internet. (Electric varies and Wi-Fi is $60)
