Big bedroom with own bathroom, Queens, E, F trains

I offer from May 10th for short-term or long-term monthly a large luxurious bedroom in NYC, Queens, (almost as a studio having it's private bathroom, big walk-in wardrobe, huge TV, working desk, windows on two walls, air-con, heating), in a big spacious apartment shared with me and another roommate. A huge bed can fit two people, and a big floor mattress is available for a third person. The place is wheelchair accessible, 3rd floor with an elevator.

I am a multidisciplinary artist, from Croatia, vegan, LGBT friendly. Your pets are welcome.

The address is 140-50 Burden Crescent, Briarwood, Queens, NY 11435.

At 0.4 miles / 500 meters, there is a bus stop, and the E and F subway lines (Briarwood station).

—>> For **SHORT TERM** large bedroom is available for 160$ per night for the whole room, which means if more than one person you split the cost.

—>> MONTHLY* price is 2200$ for the whole room, if more than one person you split the cost.

For long-term stays, you pay a deposit in the amount of one-month rent to book the place, and full one-month rent on the day of moving in. There is one one-month cancellation period, so if no damage to be covered, your deposit covers the last month of your stay.

Utilities are included in the price.

The kitchen is shared with me and another roommate. The kitchen has a blender, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, gas oven and stove.

Priority is given to guests who will not bring animal food in the kitchen, as I am trying to keep the place vegan, or at least vegetarian.

Laundry in the building (1.5+1.25 $ quick wash + dry).

Peaceful one-way street without traffic noise.

Behind the building is a private park with a key entrance, so it is safe and nice.
