This home share offers a 1st fl., furnished bedroom with: a bed, dresser, night table, tv[dvd], 3 lamps, two windows, state-of-the-art quiet AC, excellent heat, walled artifacts, a desk and 2 chairs, a mirrored sliding door closet. The room is next to a semi-pvt., full bath. Share 1st fl [Kit., DN, LV, ] Housemate is responsible for maintaining the rented room and bath and helping keep tidy other shared areas. A small lower level luggage storage area is available at no charge. Share minor year round maintenance chores on main floor, yard and grounds as winter seasonal needs may dictate and expected in exchange for this low rent.
