There, the F train, a number of additional bus options, and a variety of businesses and services including groceries, pharmacies, take out etc, can be found. 10 mins from Hillside is Jamaica ave which provides even greater options.

Home comes with washer/dryer and a decent sized kitchen.

Perfect for St. Johns grad students as its 5mins from campus. NO COUPLES. Ideal roommate is EARLY with rent/utilities and CLEAN, above all else. Noise levels and guest policy isn't strict HOWEVER advance notice for OVERNIGHT guests is NECESSARY and - in light of the covid19 pandemic - vaccination needs to be confirmed. Length of stay should be within reason.

First months rent and deposit are required to move in ($625 x2 = $1250). ONE YEAR LEASE REQUIRED.
