Hiya!
We are looking to fill the last bedroom in this newly renovated apartment located in Jackson Heights. We are easy going & tidy people who all work/study. Ideally our prospective roommate will be similar and value having a clean & welcoming environment to home to. Searching for a long-term roommate.

A little more about the apartment:
- Available immediately
- Utilities will be divided equally
- Rotating cleaning schedule for common areas
- The married couple is vegetarian but I myself am not (we co-exist)
- Great window insulation, the apt is on a main street but the windows have wonderful noise-cancellation
- The apartment is close to several bus-lines, with the 7-train about 7-10min away

The room:
- Well-sized & not facing main road
- Closet outside of room (by bathroom)
- Distance from other bedrooms (more privacy)
