Apt is One block from E, F, R, M and 7 Subway Lines with a very short commute into Manhattan. The 7 train to Hudson Yards is about 25-30 mins, Central Park is about 20-25 mins, many museums are about 30-40 mins and the Financial District is about 30 mins away. There is a free Q70 Shuttle to LaGuardia Airport and easy transportation via E and AirTrain to JFK Airport. Duane Reade Pharmacy and 24 Hr Convenience Store on corner, Grocery stores, delis, diners, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, post office , library and restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, quiet and respectable home in a 6 floor elevator building in a vibrant neighborhood (Jackson Heights/37th Ave side). No smoking, substances or parties please. If interested, I will consider a short term rental even a month long until you find your ideal place and location. The occupant will have no roommates and sole access to apt.
