Share the apt with friendly Gay Male author/sign language interpreter who is gone a lot (travel around 2 months a year). Pet friendly though pet needs to be quiet, trained and fully your responsibility. Seeking a clean friendly roommate. Laundry in building. Cute backyard garden for bldg. Prefer lgbtq but Gay friendly a must. Electricity and gas extra but runs around 55-100/month per person. (Summers are more if AC used excessively) Email or text only please. Eat-in kitchen, newly renovated bathroom. For my part of house chores (common areas) I have a once a month house cleaner come in. But I would expect the roommate to also do their part in keeping common areas clean, and do our best never to leave dishes in the sink. 😁 Pretty chill here otherwise.
