Large, fully furnished bedroom available in a 3-bedroom apartment. The room has a closet, queen-size bed, desk, chair, AC, ceiling fan, mini fridge and TV. Internet and all utilities are included in the rent.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms; one is shared with another young professional (a teacher). Laundry is available in the basement for $3 per load.
Located in the historic district of Jackson Heights, at 78th St & 35th Ave, with beautiful surroundings. A park, organic street market and plenty of stores nearby. Main subway station(Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue/74) is 4 blocks away, and the bus stop is one block away.

Currently, three people live in the apartment: a couple in the master bedroom with a private bathroom, and a teacher in the second bedroom.
500$ deposit required to move in.

We are looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible person (no couples) , who does not party late or have overnight guests. Light cooking and microwave use are preferred.

The room will be available April 1st 2026.
