I'm looking for 2 people to apply for a new lease in a beautiful, very spacious, newly-renovated 3 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in my favorite neighborhood, Jackson Heights.

It is in an elevator building, has an *in-unit washer and dryer*, It's near the 7 train and close to the celebrated 34 ave Open Streets. (If you're not familiar, this is a 20 block long stretch of car free street where people walk their dogs, jog, and ride their bikes from morning till evening) It's near tons of grocery stores, restaurants, amazing street food and food trucks and Ecuadorian and Columbian food. If you're not familiar with Jackson Heights I will give you a tour.

I'm a journalist who works from home or at cafes nearby. I like to keep common rooms clean. I'm social but I keep to myself mostly when I'm home. The rooms are slightly different sizes so they would be priced differently, but it comes out to around $1100 each. There is a 2 year lease but if you only want to stay for one year (or less than one year) you would just need to find someone else to replace you on the lease.

I can arrange for you to view the place whenever works for you and I am in touch with the agent. They already have my application. The first month's rent is free, so you just need to pay the security deposit and there is no broker's fee. There is a credit check and the landlord asks for paystubs and tax returns, the income requirement is that all 3 tenants make at least 40x the total rent. But if you're missing any documents let me know and they might be able to work with it.
