I am looking for a female roommate who will use the master bedroom of the 2 bed 1 bath apartment. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood, 3 blocks away from the 7 train station. EFMR subway lines are also in the walking distance.
The apartment is fully renovated and has new kitchen appliances. Bathroom has both a luxury bathtub and a shower booth. The spacious bedroom comes with a large closet.
I am an artist and will be using the living room as my work space (separated with a room divider.)
