Looking for a roommate to rent out a large bedroom in Jackson Heights area of Queens for $1100 with
An additional $100 that goes towards utilities. The total price will be $1200, and a male roommate is preferred.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential building, and right across from the newly renovated Travers Park. We are located next to Northern Boulevard which is steps to laundry, markets, restaurants, etc. Also, 3 blocks away from 37th Avenue and 4 blocks away from Roosevelt Avenue which have even more markets and restaurants.

The closest train station is 74th Street/Roosevelt Ave train Station (Trains 7, E, F, M, & R) which is about 6 blocks away. This station is only a few express stops away from JFK Airport & Midtown Manhattan. We are also a short distance away from LaGuardia Airport.

The Room size is 127”x181”. Big enough for a Full or Queen size Bed. It has a brand new dresser and Smart Air Conditioner. Lots of natural light does come in from the 2 windows in the room, as well as a big closet for storage a space.

I'm a 33 year old male, and I travel for work often. So I will be gone multiple days at a time. My partner is 34 years old, and he works normal hours in healthcare. We are drama free, don't bring parties home, respectful, clean, friendly, but we mostly keep to ourselves.
