Hello,

I'm looking for a serious person (no gender preference) who wants to share an apt. in a peaceful, quiet, and no drama environment. I am easy to get along with, friendly, and above all I appreciate people who communicate well, are honest and upfront, and have a strong sense of values and principles in life.

Large bedroom, it has a Full-size bed (but it can fit a king size easily) a 1 nightstand table, its own closet, a dresser, and a 5-drawer chest, with plenty of room for storage. You're welcome to decorate it as you see fit for your own comfort.

Feel free to bring in any additional pieces of furniture you don't want to part with or just deem absolutely necessary.

Kitchen and bathroom will be shared.

Requirements are Cleanliness, Respect of Privacy, and Low-key.

Some utilities included: electric, gas, and Wi-Fi. In summertime, Air Conditioner use will be charged extra, for the months of:
June, July, August, and September.

Laundry room is in the basement, open 7 days, from 8am to 10pm.
