Hi guys,

I'm looking for a serious person (no gender preference) who wants to share an apt. in a peaceful, quiet, and no drama environment. I am easy to get along with, friendly, and above all I appreciate people who communicate well, are honest and upfront, and have a strong sense of values and principles in life.

Need a roommate for a large bedroom (260-270 sq feet), it has a FULL size bed (but it can fit a king size easily) a 1 night stand, a dresser, and a chest, with plenty of room for storage. You're welcome to decorate it as you see fit to your comfort.

Feel free to bring in any additional pieces of furniture you don't want to part with, or just deem absolutely necessary.

Kitchen and bathroom will be shared.

Requirements are Cleanliness, Respect of Privacy, and Low-key. Most importantly, you must be someone that appreciates and is looking for stability.

Utilities included: electric, gas, and wifi. In summer time, Air Conditioner use will be charged an extra $50 per each month you make use of it.

Laundry room is in the basement (all brand new washers & dryers), open 7 days.
