The apartment is a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, especially for the Glendale area. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.

The available bedroom is large and long, with a window that provides natural light, a deep closet, and access to additional storage space in the hallway and living room.

I'm looking for someone who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and is willing to do their part with regular household chores. I enjoy having a home that is clean, comfortable, and organized.

I also value a peaceful living environment. Respect, open communication, and consideration for each other's privacy and safety are important to me.

I'm happy to share certain household items, but I ask that we each provide our own groceries, toiletries, and other personal or perishable items unless we've specifically agreed to share them.
