House is located in 164-18 77th Rd Apt 2F, Fresh Meadows, NY 11366. The room is located on the 2nd floor of the townhouse. The room is unfurnished, has one window, and has space to hang your clothes. The room also comes with a clean, private bathroom. A kitchen and shared living room is also on the same floor. Air conditioning is provided in the living room and the master bedroom.

The townhouse is conveniently located near a laundromat (one minute walk), many bus routes (including the Q46/Q65/Q25/Q34/QM7), and walking to distance to many restaurants, stores, and other essential places like dry cleaners.

Rent is $800 a month and payable through Venmo or Zelle. Move-in date can be whatever date after July 1st, 2025. Electricity and internet are not included in rent. All other utilities are included.

Important to note is that the lease ends July 31, 2025. If you would like to renew the lease please let me know and we can potentially work something out.
