I’m looking for a female roommate to join a lease renewal in Kew Gardens 🏡 Move-in July 1

✨ 2 bed / 2 bath apartment

• I have the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom

• You’d have the second bedroom with your own bathroom directly outside your door (first bedroom and bathroom in attached video)

• The room comfortably fits a queen bed + additional furniture

🐱 MUST be okay with animals and/or cats — I have 3 very well-behaved cats.

A little about me: Im 28 and work in public relations, primarily from home, and occasionally travel for work. I’m very respectful and easygoing — I just ask that common areas stay reasonably clean. I’m also totally fine with guests/people coming over as long as everyone is respectful of the space and each other.

📅 Looking to renew the lease for 12–14 months
