Forest Park sublet in beautiful, quiet apartment

I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a lovely three bedroom apartment from March 1st until May 16th, while I am away in Japan. Move-in and move-out days are somewhat flexible; shorter stays (minimum 6 weeks) will be considered, and I am happy to prorate.

The room: Nice and simple room with large south-facing window, hardwood floors and big sliding-door closet. 8' x 12'. Furnished with full-sized bed, desk, chair, end table, lamp and 2 sets of hanging drawers (14 in total) in the closet. Window AC unit and additional outdoor shed storage available.

The apartment: ?3BR/2BA, 2nd?floor of a 2-story house. Entire apartment renovated last year. Spacious, light- and plant- filled. Bathroom with tub shared with one other person. Huge kitchen with great stove. Plenty of cookware, dishes, etc., along with free use of my spices, oils, and other cooking staples.

The neighborhood: North Richmond Hills is quiet and residential. The house is just three blocks away from Forest Park, the biggest forest in the city. Small grocery store, laundromat, etc. within a few minutes' walk. 5-minute walk to the J (more or less equidistant to 104th and 111th St stations). 10-minute bus ride or pleasant 30-minute walk to the Kew Gardens/Union Turnpike station (E and F). Plenty of street parking and no street sweeping.

Roommates: Two artists who cherish quiet at home. They both have busy schedules teaching college classes in film and writing. They are kind and considerate introverts who largely keep to their rooms and keep common areas clean.
