We live in a huge (1200 sq. ft.) 4-bedroom 2-bath apartment on the 21st floor of a desirable apartment complex in Forest Hills, Queens, with panoramic skyline views. This apartment is A GEM!

We are open to short-term tenants and other flexible arrangements, such as using the space as an office space, studio, or for individuals who need somewhere to crash for a few nights a week to ease their commute.

The full value of the room to rent is ~$1325/month.
For other uses (i. e. not living there full time) the cost to rent the room would start at $500 depending on how many hours/days a week you planned to use it, and if you wanted it for your exclusive use.

The room is 11x15 feet, with a deep generous closet, multiple bookshelves and empty storage for you to use. There is currently a desk with an office chair and office supplies available. There is a queen sized bed in the photos that can either stay or be replaced with a stacking day bed (twin that converts to king), depending on prospective tenants needs.

The building has a gym in the basement, lots of green space, and Trader Joe’s literally across the street. Just a few minutes walk to the 71st ave express subway stop (E/F/M/R) and forest Hills LIRR station. The kitchen is huge and well appointed with every appliance and tool you could imagine. We are in our 30s and 40s. the rooms are very big so we mostly keep to ourselves but all get along really well.
