Looking for Cat-Friendly Housemate Long-Term

I'm a mental health professional in my 30s, looking for a long-term housemate who is cat friendly to rent together. The house I'm eyeing for is a single-family house in 11375, and it's rented as 2 separate apartments, both with 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 extra room either in the attic or an office. It is unfurnished, and the per person rent is $1500 plus Electricity (~$75) and Wi-Fi. The rooms are large with abundant sunlight, and there's a private driveway we can add on for $150 per month (I don't drive though). The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, cafés, as well as LIRR, F, E, M, and R trains. As a housemate, I'm clean (on the account that I'm super scared of pests) and respectful of my housemates' needs. I am easy-going and always try to communicate proactively. I remain close friends with most of my previous roommates - living with me means we can have fun together, support each other like we’re family, and/or having someone who understands that sometimes you just need your space. I might occasionally have a friend over but won't host large parties/long-term guests in common space.

My ideal housemates are people who are cat-friendly, enjoys light social time after work, can commit to keeping the house pest-free (eg, clean up crumbs in a timely manner), and mindful of their housemates' needs (eg keep noise level low if staying up late at night; inform housemates and ideally getting consent before hosting guests for extended time or having a lot of people over; etc).
