Internet costs $17.50/month, utilities split equally, are usually $20-80/month each depending on season (summer is more due to each room having it's own AC).

Doorman building. Near Express E/F stop, within 5 minutes of Trader Joe's and 3 different gyms, pleasant neighborhood. Garage parking available at extra cost, plenty of local street parking. Sunday Farmer's Market around the corner. Building has assist doors to lobby and basement (with ramp from sidewalk) from exterior, 4 elevators. Gym in building for additional fee, onsite drycleaners.
