In need of a Caregiver

To good to be true, think again. I'm currently looking for a roommate for my aunt. She is old and has on-set dementia. I'm not looking for a permanent caregiver, but more of a friend to keep her company and help her out when you can. Her current roommate is moving Feb 24th so looking to have someone ready to come in after that.

If you are a patient, caring and understanding person, I would love to here from you. I'm not asking for any rent, utilities or cable assistance or money to stay, nor I'm I going to pay for you to stay with her. I think not having to pay $1400 a month (or more) for a studio apartment is payment enough.

About the room: It is the master bedroom in the apartment (large bedroom) on the 5th floor. There is a doorman on the grounds 24 hours a day and literally 2 blocks to the F-train on Queens Blvd. The room is furnished with Queen bed and large dress with Mirror and two closets in the room.
