I have a fully furnished apartment becoming available in Forest Hills in the near future! Located near the bustling 108th street, which has retail shops for everything you could possibly need for daily living, pharmacies, restaurants, bagel shops and a 24-hour laundromat!

The apartment is also located within a 15 minute stroll to the M and R trains at 67th Avenue and Queens Boulevard, as well as local and express buses to Manhattan!

Best of all, all utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent!

A private parking space is also available for an additional fee!

The rent assumes 1, maximum 2 people. If you have more people, I'm not opposed to it, but we'd have to discuss it and determine what a fair rent would be, since utilities are included in the rent.

There is also a discount available if you are willing to handle responsibilities related to cleaning the surrounding property of leaves, debris and snow/ice, as well as ensuring that trash and recycling are properly sorted and picked up by the sanitation department.
