Seeking part-time co-use to share furnished apt

This is a one-bedroom apartment available for a part-time co-use arrangement. I commute in from out of state and use the place roughly 10-12 nights a month, and I'm looking for someone in a similar situation... a commuter or traveler who only needs a NYC base part of the time.

13-minute walk to the E, F, M, and R trains and the LIRR; Q54 and Q23 buses right outside the door. Easy access to both JFK and LaGuardia, plus ample free parking.

Grocery stores (C-town, Stop & Shop and Trader Joe's), restaurants, pharmacy, and gas all nearby.

The concept is simple: we each use the apartment a few nights a week on alternating days, so we're essentially never there at the same time. You get a well-located apartment without full-time rent. I get a reliable, clean co-tenant who respects the space.

The ideal candidate is an airline employee, flight crew (no reserves) or any professional who works hybrid in Queens or Manhattan part-time but lives elsewhere the rest of the time. You need a reliable, comfortable base in the city, not a full-time home.

My schedule is flexible and done in advance and I'm happy to coordinate openly so our stays don't overlap.

Non-negotiables: clean, tidy, and genuinely part-time. If you need to be here most nights, this isn't the right fit.
